What does SafeHaven™ cost?
The base license costs €59 per user per month (minimum billing: 5 users). The RAG knowledge base costs +€29 per user per month, Automation (Basic) +€29 per user per month. Individual workflows on request. The hardware is passed on at cost price (0% margin). Setup, onboarding, and hardening are offered individually.
Why is there 0% margin on the hardware?
An appliance costs us roughly the same support effort per customer, regardless of price. We make our money on the software and ongoing service, not on the hardware. This keeps the investment as low as possible for you.
What happens if we cancel or grow?
If you cancel the SLA, your data stays on your own hardware and SafeHaven™ continues to work. What you lose: security updates, model updates, and our support. A local AI system needs active maintenance, just like any other server in your IT.
If you grow, you pay per actual user, no flat rate. From 15–80 employees or 10–30 concurrent users, the recommendation changes from DGX Spark (Standard) to RTX 6000 Pro (Pro). Software pricing remains the same.
